Making you weak in the chut-knees with loads of flavor and a little pop of cinnamon.

    Chop all of your ingredients up with those amazing knife skills of yours. Yes, even the powdered spices, give them a chop.

  2. Step 2

    Combine everything into a large bowl.

  3. Step 3

    That's all. You've now got a chunky chutney (don't let it hear you say that though). Of course, if you wanted a more traditional chutney, you could continue.

  4. Step 4

    If desired, use an immersion blender or food processor to coarsely pulse the chutney, which by this point is self-conscious.

  5. Step 5

    Once it is at the texture you'd like, toss it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. This allows the flavors to throw a party and mix together better. Nothing like togetherness.

  6. Step 6

    Serve on anything. Pork, lamb, beef. It's great on any of them. Enjoy!
